Fynbo Premium preserves, jellies, cherry sauces and pickles are targeted at the quality conscious consumer.

The entire range is produced with a high content of carefully selected fruits and berries. The preserves have a nice soft texture with distinctive balance between the fresh fruit flavour and the sweet and the sour taste. The jellies consist of both the traditional red currant jelly and mint jelly, but also new and exciting flavours. Last but not least, Fynbo Premium also includes sweet pickles, which can be used directly or mixed with mayonnaise.

Cherry Sauce

Fynbo cherry sauce is made ​​from Danish Stevnsbær and Kelleris cherries, which are grown on Fyn and the surrounding islands.

Hot cherry sauce is traditionally used as a finishing touch to the Christmas rice pudding and is also perfect for mousses, puddings, yogurts and ice cream desserts.



Jelly is the perfect complement to many hot dishes. Try red currant jelly for meat loaf and cranberry jelly or apple jelly for lamb. Premium jelly is also ideal when used as a flavour enhancer in sauces.

Also, try sea buckthorn and quince jelly, both well suited for fish dishes.

Pickles and Piccalilly

Pickles are coarsely chopped and very exciting as a sweet 'n' sour condiment for hot meals or sandwiches with roast beef and beef brisket.

Piccalilly is minced and you can stir up your own luxury remoulade in a 2:1 ratio with mayonnaise or sour cream.

Ketchup and Relish

The Tomato Ketchup is spicy and with a rich flavour, while the Cucumber Relish is sweet and sour. Both products have a highly structured taste derived from the high content of chopped vegetables.

Try them on hot dogs or in a homemade burger. Also ideal for brunch.


Apple-Ginger and Plum chutney are two Nordic alternatives to the classic mango chutney.

Try Apple-Ginger in rice dishes or as an accessory for chicken. Plum Chutney is ideal as an accompaniment to cheese, fried fish and other hot dishes.

Salsa taco sauce

Salsa taco sauce is a seasoned condiment used as a dip for tacos, in tortillas or as a flavour enhancer in a meat sauce. It is also ideal as a spicy tomato sauce on a homemade pizza.

Salsa taco sauce is available as hot or medium spicy.
